KSI has been selected to construct Kohll's Pharmacy's new retail location in the Miracle Hills Shopping Center. The first Kohll's Pharmacy, opened in 1948 on the corner of Leavenworth Street and Park Avenue, began with no employees other than the founders and their teenage son. KSI has been selected to construct 2 tenant improvements at the Southport II Office Building. Construction will begin in the month of November.

KSI has started the construction of KVC Healthcare's new 26,000 sq. ft. Omaha office. KVC Behavioral HealthCare, a private, not-for-profit organization, provides medical and behavioral healthcare, education, and social services to children and their families.
